Requirements
• Min. S1 degree in IT/Finance/ Business
• 5 years experience in business analysis/customer lifecycle management
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Convenient with complex business measurement
• Intermediate to advance SQL or other data manipulation language
• Advance skill of Data mining
• Exposure in customer lifecycle areas would be beneficial
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Team player
• Perform periodic (Customer Lifecycle & Value Management) CLVM campaign measurement, ranges
• from service adoption, revenue extraction, and retention against business objectives
• Align the campaign measurement with macro and micro segmentation shift
• Identifies potential areas and subject that can be harvest, together with CLVM planners and business partners
• Generate business insight and management report from executed campaign
• Develop campaign knowledge platform to structurally store campaign result and learning
• Improve CLVM campaign effectiveness and together with technology team develop automated campaign management systems
