JOB DESC

1. Handling daily communication with ongoing partners
2. Act as bridge of communication within partners and internal team
3. Responsible for sharing and collecting the required list of documents for on-boarding of a new franchise
4. Responsible for holding company's franchise events, promotion and exhibitions & brand building activities
5. Responsible for database handling of franchise related documents and partners database

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male/female, max 30 yo
• Bachelor in Business Management/ Marketing/ Public Relations or equivalent
• Min. experience in franchise business with 1 years in food and beverage industry
• Fast response, high initiative and strong communication
• Positive attitude and highly driven
• Placement: Jakarta

FRANCHISE LEAD
JOB DESC

1. Seek out prospective new franchise owners
2. Negotiation, completing the contract with the new franchise owners
3. Developing and supervising the new and existing franchise operations
4. Responsible for sharing and collecting the requiredblist of documents for on-boarding of a new franchise
5. Responsible for holding company's franchise events, promotion and exhibitions & brand building activities
6. Report and tracking of sales prospects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male/female, max 30 yo
• Bachelor in Business Management/ Marketing/ Public Relations or equivalent
• Min. experience in franchise business with 1-2 years in food and beverage industry
• Fast response, high initiative and strong communication Positive attitude and highly driven
• Placement: Jakarta
