Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law
• Have experience Min. 1 year as a legal staff in hospital
• Responsible, detail oriented and have interest in legal administrative duty

Responsibility:

1. Reviewing and designing legal agreements/ contracts/ documents and ensuring them in accordance with the company's internal rights and regulations
2. Maintain and keep company (Legal) documents properly recorded
3. Ensure all permits and corporate governance processes are in accordance with regulations company internal laws and regulations
4. Conducting legal research related to all aspects that are needed company
