MONTESSORI EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR

QUALIFICATIONS

• Female
• Age 24 - 30
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education/ psychology/ any relevant field
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Passionate in the early years education. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ready to work in Tambun, Bekasi area
• Able to work on weekends
• Willing to learn new things and able to work in team
• Fluent in / willing to learn one instrument (e.g. Guitar/ Ukulele) will be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implements fun learning program, following the Montessori philosophy
2. Teaching and Facilitating toddlers and babies in classes
3. Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials necessary
4. Setting up all materials before each session
5. Regularly communicates with parents
6. Responsible in keeping the classroom, storage areas and bathrooms clean, neat, orderly and sanitized
7. Supervises and ensures safety and well-being of children at all times
