1. Production Operation Training Staff
Job Description :

1. Design skill development plan for the PIC of each area
2. Create standard training materials and conduct Operation Training when needed
3. Developing Training Materials for all line processes
4. Develop standard scoring for training evaluation

Requirement :

• D3 Mechanical Engineering, industrial Engineering or any related major
• Fresh graduate with good communication are highly recommend to apply
• Have good logical and critical thinking
• Agile to overcome new challenges

2. Marketing Supervisor
Job Description:

1. Manage Annual Sales & Profit
2. Perform pricing and negotiation activity
3. Control new project bussiness scheme and pricing
4. Provide merket trend and handle customer satisfaction

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any related major
• Preferably have one year experience in the same field
• Excellent interpersonal skills, perseverant and thorough
• Proficient communication in English

3. TPS Leader Staff
Job Description :

1. Perform kaizen/improvement according to the needs
2. Carry out 4M continuous improvement related to Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery (SQDC) Principle
3. Upgrade Genba Level TPS conditions to suit customer needs

Requirement :

• D3 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related major
• Have experience in TPS is preferable
• Good communication in English and Japanese will be an advantage.
• Agile to overcome new challenges.
