FULL TIME - RNI FRAGRANCE STAFF

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or another science major with a minimum GPA of 3.3
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a fragrance R&D staff member or in a related department within a fragrance company
• Possess the knowledge to develop fragrances
• Possess knowledge of local and global cosmetics industry trends
• Strong presentation, documentation, and reporting skills
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must
• Basic understanding of CPKB-GMP, ISO 22716, HAS, ISO 14001, etc
• Willing to work in Cibis Nine, South Jakarta

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Establish and maintain the fragrance library, overseeing the collection and management of fragrance samples
2. Provide New Product Development samples (NPDS) requested by the marketing department
3. Develop, improve, and verify formulas as required
4. Conduct stability testing of products to ensure quality and longevity
5. Perform trial productions and prepare comprehensive reports for the initial first batch
