SUPERVISOR PPM - CSR
(Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat - Corporate Social Responsibility)

Responsibility

1. Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with the government, community in running the ppm-csr programme
2. Cooperate with stakeholders to provide great benefits to the community
3. Gather various information and issues related to the latest ppm-csr
4. Map existing needs in the community and open partnership opportunities with the parties
5. Ensure that planned activities or programmes are in accordance with the needs and included in company documents
6. Responsible for the running of activities in the programme that has been prepared in accordance with financial planning
7. Monitoring the implementation of activities / programmes by checking in the field

Qualification

• Minimum age 28 years
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• 5 years of experience in PPM-CSR in the Mining Industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to create, execute, and evaluate programs.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities to drive innovative solutions.
