REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in any major from a reputable University
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Sustainability/ ESG/ business management
• Passionate about sustainability
• Have a strong analytical background and communication skills
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Highly motivated and team player

DESCRIPTIONS
Develop and implement Indika Energy Group ESG strategy, with the goal to be one of the highest-rated companies in energy sector for ESG performance in Indonesia, activities include:

1. Pinpoint the ESG materiality that matter most to critical stakeholders
2. Benchmark ESG performance against peers and define ESG aspirations
3. Prioritize initiatives based on ESG impact and feasibility
4. Quarterly monitor and analyze IEG ESG perfomance
5. Enhance sustainability awareness and collaboration within the Group
6. Develop sustainability knowledge and skills for IEG Sustainability team
7. Ensure external communications activity, e.g., website, social media, annual report, sustainability report, speeches, etc. are fully reflect the ESG ambitions
8. Research technical or market issues related to sustainability, and regulatory compliance requirements that impact company operations
9. Identify or procure needed resources to implement sustainability programs or projects
