2025 ADARO LOGISTICS PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

Adaro Logistics Professional Program (ALPP) is a program to develop logistics professionals as the future leaders of Adaro Group. We screen the best talents to experience our comprehensive program, which includes leadership and technical competency development in the relevant field.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Logistics Management, Marine Transportation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering
• Master Degree are welcome to apply
• Minimum, GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate or max 2 years experiences
• Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor Degree and 27 years old for Master Degree
• Active in organizational activities
• Eager to learn with good communication and leadership skill
• Willing to be placed in Adaro Logistics operation area in Kalimantan
