JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

  • Controlling the implementation of policies and procedures especially in the area of administration of the business unit
  • Providing business unit with timely and accurate regular reports and general administrative supports.
  • Collaborating with related department to enable the timely and informative accumulation, adjustment, and reporting of financial data of the business unit
  • Researching a wide variety of information  request, analyzing trends, and composing essential correspondence required for business unit development.
  • Analysing business unit financial performance and provides business unit head with an understanding of its impact to the business unit plan and strategies.
  • Monitoring the execution of agreed merchandising terms with busines partner
  • Assuring that document and records are prepared and maintained according to the standard procedures.
  • Assisting business unit head in creating financial forecast and budget.
  • Identifying weaknesses and areas of risk/concerned in internal controls design.
  • Reviewing finance Operation (such as sales, shrinkage, Expense  & PBIT) that stated in profit and lost report
  • Following up of shrinkage initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managerial position
  • Expertise in technical  accounting , budgeting and planning
  • Previous experience working within an administration capacity
  • Preferably having retail business experience
  • Having experience as auditor will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and numerical Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to train , coach, develop and support staff in high pressure, fast paced work environment.
  • Ability to operate computer, at least MS Office and internet.
