Job Description

Currently, one of our clients, a Distributor company from America are looking for a Distributor Support Representative, with job description:

• Process order from distributors
• Process payment in cash, credit card, or debit card
• Handle incoming calls, fax, and email from distributors
• Give information about products to distributos
• Prepare daily sales report
• Participate in all company events

Requirements:

• Has Diploma or Bachelors Degree, any major
• Has working experience in retail company
• Has experience as Customer Service will be good advantage
• Willing to travel
