Position and Job Descriptions
1. Training and Development

Auditing and assessing learning and development needs Developing, implementing, and monitoring the training plans
Monitoring performance improvements and collecting feedback

2. Human Resources Development

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law
Involving in end-to-end recruitment process
Developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicator each department

3. Content Writer (SEO)

Writing and editing creative content that fits company's niche
Conducting research to formulate ideas or support the content writing
Discovering about the target audience for copy
Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create accurate content for the audiences

4. Digital Marketing Strategist

Set digital marketing strategies
Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
Helping implementation of marketing strategies for digital media
Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
Keep up to date with audience's preference and proactively suggest new campaign
Establish best practice in digital marketing

5. Copy Writer

Writing clear and error-free content for a website that reflects the TORCHE'S value
Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved
Collaborating with other division to brainstorm and develop variety content materials

6. Business Development

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

7. Community Developer

Developing community platform for Torche's Student
Maintaining relationship and communication with external parties

8. Account Executive

Develop sales materials (e.g proposals, slides, analyses)
Help plan projects from start to finish
Monitor project progress, timelines and expenses

9. Sales Executive

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
Setting up meetings with potential clients

10. Graphic Design

Design and conceptualize the visual aspect of Torche's social media campaign
Create visual assets for everyday social media content
Testing graphics across various media

11. Digital Marketing Executive

Follow industry related news and trends to generate content ideas
Preparing creative brief and mood
Board Execute marketing strategies

12. Digital Marketing Researcher

Propose social media campaign
Manage campaign analytics and metrics
Generate insights for Torche's campaign

13. Content Creator

Follow industry related news and trends to generate content ideas around trending topics
Preparing creative brief and moodboard for creative content and social media campaign
Identifying gap between our content and competitors and able to generate insights how to improve ours

14. Content Writer (Social Media)

Writing and editing creative content that fits company's niche
Conducting research to formulate ideas or support the content writing
Discovering about the target audience for copy
Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create accurate content for the audiences

15. Cybersecurity

Developing security system for TORCHE's apps and softwares
Developing information and data security management for TORCHE'S Internal

16. Python Engineer

Developing computation and calculator with Python using Matplotlib and Pandas
Developing automation bot using Python and APIs

17. Front-End Engineer

Developing Torche's website content and flow,
Developing Torche's Learning Management System

18. Back-end engineer

Developing and maintaining server-side of TORCHE's web application on Google Cloud Platform
Building TORCHE's web apps on cloud platforms

19. Cloud Engineer

Developing and maintaining TORCHE'S cloud platform

Conducting research UI design for TORCHE'S Apps
