JOB VACANCY

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATION

  • Female (max 35 years old)
  • Educated minimal diploma of accounting
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the field
  • Fully understand and experience in accounting software
  • Mastering microsoft office
  • English language (speak, read or write)
  • Honest and conscientious
  • Ability to work independently and team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Issue PO to supplier
  2. Prepare monthly sales report
  3. Recording financial transactions
  4. Maintaining and reconciling accounts
  5. Preparing invoices and statements
  6. Assisting with budget preparation
  7. Managing accounts payable and receivable
  8. Verifying and reconciling bank statements
  9. Processing payroll and expense reports
  10. Generating financial reports for management analysis
  11. Assisting with audits and tax filings
  12. Communicating with vendors and clients regarding payments and account balances
