1. Account Payable Intern
Job Description

1. Posting RBID vendor invoices intercompany and third parties to SAP.
2. Import custom duty (in Bahasa called PIB) to SAP.
3. Posting Goods in Transit (GIT to SAP).
4. Posting RBID employees’ expense claim to SAP.
5. Mitigating and scanning the vendor, third parties, and forwarder invoices.
6. Listing logbook invoices intercompany.
7. Scanning invoices’ barcode.
8. Doing other accounting job.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from Accounting/Tax/Finance related.
• Intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership skill, communication, and problem-solving skills.

2. Account Payable Intern – Bosch Rexroth
Job Description

1. Supporting account payable with journal and scanning.
2. Supporting in withholding tax reconciliation data.
3. Supporting in month end and year end closing.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from Accounting/Tax/Finance related.
• Intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership skill, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Tax Admin Intern
Job Description

1. Inputting VAT local and VAT import.
2. Inputting sales export, return note, and nota pelabuhan to e-Faktur.
3. Uploading and approving VAT out.
4. Printing and delivering WHT slip.
5. Checking the completeness document from vendor for the VAT local and VAT impor.
6. Receiving goods invoices forwarder from Logistics.
7. Creating Indonesian billing and payment voucher for WHT and VAT payment.
8. Preparing SPT PPN.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from Accounting/Tax/Finance related.
• Advanced knowledge in operating tax software (e-Faktur [offline and web based], e-Bupot Unifikasi, and DJP online).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
