Account Receivable Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Execute value creations and productivity initiatives to deliver business outcomes
2. Ensure processes in scope performing at the expected service levels
3. Lead in resolving operational issues within the scope of processes especially when involving presentation to stakeholders & management (Directors, CFO, and MD Level)
4. Provide direction or prepare regular reports and presentations on the status of accounts receivable, credit, and collections. This includes tracking key metrics and identifying trends

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proven experience working in the accounting field for a minimum of 5 years as well as accounts receivable, credit, or collections management
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Ms Excel)
• Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data

Commercial Finance Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Collaborate with commercial teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each commercial program & initiative
2. Review and understand cause of deviation from results and correction plan
3. Assist in the creation of commercial execution plans, ensuring there is clarity amongst the commercial teams of what is expected, and how we will deliver the opportunities identified
4. Partnering with Commercial team for Distributor / Customer review including creation of Distributor / Customer P&L and any other financial metric
5. Provide monthly report & analysis on Channel / Customer / Product profitability

Demand Planning & Market Initiative Analyst
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Work with commercial team on construct monthly Forecast by category and by Channel
2. Collaboration with Supply Team on Balance Weekly Demand-Supply to ensure no OOS
3. Provide Product Allocation if any supply shortage
4. Provide weekly Forecast Accuracy analysis and action plan
5. Works with commercial team and mill to ensure seamless delivery
6. Feasibility Cost Request and Start of Shipment Feasibility confirmation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) from any related major. Freshgraduate will be welcome to apply
• Experience in Sales Forecasting or Demand Planning will be preferred. Intern as well
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Proven ability of analytical thinking and problem solving

Key Account Manager - Minimart
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Deal and build good relationships with all Modern Trade Channel, Buyer, or Store Manager and also distributor management team
2. Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each key account in time
3. Have a regular visit to the Modern Trade channel to check product availability as well as to make sure that product distribution / marketing to every key account is going well
4. To monitor, analyze, and prepare a report of sales achievement in modern trade channels on a regular basis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum S1 any major
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Key Account Manager in managing the Modern Trade Channel (Minimart group is a plus point)
• At least 2 years of working experience with a distributor partner (good relationship, collaborative, develop the distributor team, as a business consultant for the distributor)

Marketing (Adult Care) Intern
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Supporting brand team in campaign executions and activations (e.g. health events)
2. Contribute crafting report with consumer insight for next improvement
3. Supporting brand team in developing digital assets
4. Supporting brand team in coordination with external supplier / agency for any production (gimmick, PSDM, content review) and maintain communication align with brand guideline
5. Supporting brand team in organizing and analyze data from various platforms with report result

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student from any major (bachelor / master)
• Strong project management skill (meet deadlines, deliver result, collaboration with cross function)
• Strong in problem solving and data understanding (extract & analyze data with clear and actionable insight)
• Passionate working with creative thinking (maintain brand consistency across communication)
• Comfortable working in a dynamics and fast paced environment

Marketing (Feminine Care) Intern
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Assist Brand team in monitoring, organize events (sport event, puberty class, music concert) regularly, and share the consumer's insight for next improvement
2. Assist Brand team in coordinating with external supplier / agency and monitoring for any POSM & gimmick production
3. Assist brand team to monitor social media campaign
4. Assist Brand team for relaunch activation/ campaign activation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final year student in any field, especially Marketing, Marketing Communication
• Active, creative, extrovert, eager to learn, high-motivated, good in, number, good communication, passionate, well known in digital & social media, willing to do outdoor activities
• Skill needed: Excel, Powerpoint

Master Data Admin
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Receive, validate, and input data in the system
2. Managing master data
3. Ensuring that the data entered is correct and in accordance with the form /document/ standard policy applied
4. Responding to emails & tickets related to Master Data
5. Responsible in ensuring all the emails & tickets related to Master Data are answered & solved on time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Proficient in SQL, ERP, and IFS
• Proficient in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Discipline, responsible, and pay attention to details. Have good communication skill

Procurement Marketing Support Staff
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Handle various marketing briefs across multiple brands (e.g., Softex, Kotex, Sweety Silver) including media placement, social media, KOL, events, branding, POSM, and sponsorships-ensuring alignment with KPIs and timelines
2. Execute bidding / RFP processes, negotiate pricing, identify new vendors, and manage vendor registration and evaluation (including FSA, FSS, and yearly surveys) in compliance with KC-Softex regulations
3. Ensure vendor payment terms (60-120 days), and support documentation and agreement processes per KC 9 Clear Guide
