Account Receivable Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Execute value creations and productivity initiatives to deliver business outcomes
- Ensure processes in scope performing at the expected service levels
- Lead in resolving operational issues within the scope of processes especially when involving presentation to stakeholders & management (Directors, CFO, and MD Level)
- Provide direction or prepare regular reports and presentations on the status of accounts receivable, credit, and collections. This includes tracking key metrics and identifying trends

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven experience working in the accounting field for a minimum of 5 years as well as accounts receivable, credit, or collections management
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Ms Excel)
- Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus

Commercial Finance Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Collaborate with commercial teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each commercial program & initiative
- Review and understand cause of deviation from results and correction plan
- Assist in the creation of commercial execution plans, ensuring there is clarity amongst the commercial teams of what is expected, and how we will deliver the opportunities identified
- Partnering with Commercial team for Distributor / Customer review including creation of Distributor / Customer P&L and any other financial metric

Demand Planning & Market Initiative Analyst
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Work with commercial team on construct monthly Forecast by category and by Channel
- Collaboration with Supply Team on Balance Weekly Demand-Supply to ensure no OOS
- Provide Product Allocation if any supply shortage
- Provide weekly Forecast Accuracy analysis and action plan
- Works with commercial team and mill to ensure seamless delivery
- Feasibility Cost Request and Start of Shipment Feasibility confirmation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) from any related major. Freshgraduate will be welcome to apply
- Experience in Sales Forecasting or Demand Planning will be preferred. Intern as well

Key Account Manager - Minimart
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Deal and build good relationships with all Modern Trade Channel, Buyer, or Store Manager and also distributor management team
- Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each key account in time
- Have a regular visit to the Modern Trade channel to check product availability as well as to make sure that product distribution / marketing to every key account is going well
- To monitor, analyze, and prepare a report of sales achievement in modern trade channels on a regular basis

- At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Key Account Manager in managing the Modern Trade Channel (Minimart group is a plus point)

Marketing (Adult Care) Intern
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supporting brand team in campaign executions and activations (e.g. health events)
- Contribute crafting report with consumer insight for next improvement
- Supporting brand team in developing digital assets
- Supporting brand team in coordination with external supplier / agency for any production (gimmick, PSDM, content review) and maintain communication align with brand guideline
- Supporting brand team in organizing and analyze data from various platforms with report result
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final-year student from any major (bachelor / master)
- Strong project management skill (meet deadlines, deliver result, collaboration with cross function)
- Strong in problem solving and data understanding (extract & analyze data with clear and actionable insight)

Marketing (Feminine Care) Intern
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist Brand team in monitoring, organize events (sport event, puberty class, music concert) regularly, and share the consumer's insight for next improvement
- Assist Brand team in coordinating with external supplier / agency and monitoring for any POSM & gimmick production
- Assist brand team to monitor social media campaign
- Assist Brand team for relaunch activation/ campaign activation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final year student in any field, especially Marketing, Marketing Communication
- Active, creative, extrovert, eager to learn, high-motivated, good in, number, good communication, passionate, well known in digital & social media, willing to do outdoor activities

Master Data Admin
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Receive, validate, and input data in the system
- Managing master data
- Ensuring that the data entered is correct and in accordance with the form /document/ standard policy applied
- Responding to emails & tickets related to Master Data
- Responsible in ensuring all the emails & tickets related to Master Data are answered & solved on time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Proficient in SQL, ERP, and IFS
- Proficient in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Procurement Marketing Support Staff
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Handle various marketing briefs across multiple brands (e.g., Softex, Kotex, Sweety Silver) including media placement, social media, KOL, events, branding, POSM, and sponsorships-ensuring alignment with KPIs and timelines
- Execute bidding / RFP processes, negotiate pricing, identify new vendors, and manage vendor registration and evaluation (including FSA, FSS, and yearly surveys) in compliance with KC-Softex regulations
- Ensure vendor payment terms (60-120 days), and support documentation and agreement processes per KC 9 Clear Guide
