Accountant and Admin Staff

Role Objective:

  • The role of Accountant and Admin Staff is for handling administrative and accounting duties for management, job duties include handling day to day accounting activities, general administration, communication and personal task

Responsibility:

  1. General administration and office duties
  2. Proactive in aligning with management, Sales and operation.
  3. Reviews and posts receipts and payment to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records and databases
  4. Audit invoices against purchases order, researches discrepancies, seeks approval and processes payment.
  5. Answer inquiry and follow ups, develop positive relationship with customer.
  6. Maintain billing system, customer files
  7. Prepare and process tax invoices, receipt, cash etc. and manage account receivable
  8. Prepare and process PPH and PPN monthly report
  9. Mail picks up and delivery, office supplies, other projects and duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Male - Female 25-35 years old
  • Minimum Diploma in accounting
  • Experience minimum 4 years accounting areas
  • Able to do book keeping
  • Able to communicate in English both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility, confidence and ability to work under pressure
  • Shall be self-motivated, strong analytical, highly dedicated, initiative, and cooperative with the team.
  • Preferred live at Tangerang Area*
