ACCOUNTING OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recording financial transactions in the general ledger and journal entry
2. Manage and compile financial / accounting reports, notes, invoices, and accounts
3. Perform billing and collection processes (eg rent, taxes, income)
4. Responsible for inventory movement
5. Maintain and update accounting records and files
6. Analyze the budget to prevent waste and make financial reports
7. Calculate and make tax reporting based on applicable regulations
8. Analyze transactions with stakeholders and shareholders
9. Close the books at the end of the month and the end of the year
10. Prepare the documents needed in the audit of financial statements

REQUIREMENTS

• A woman max age of 35 y.o
• Bachelor's of Accounting
• Experienced min. 2 years in Journal Entry and Inventory Movement
• Able in the ERP System is preferable
• Excellent in general ledger
• Great operation of Excel formula and accounting software
• Understand the account payable process, balance sheets and P&L (profit & loss), and accounting concepts

FINANCE OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for monitoring reimbursement and petty cash of branches
2. Administer journaling to system
3. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
4. Perform bank reconciliation and controlling down payment
5. Handle payment to internet banking
6. Prepare financial reports
7. Implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency
8. Contribute to financial audits

REQUIREMENTS

• A single woman min. 23 years old
• Bachelor's of Finance
• Experienced min 2 years
• Able in the ERP System is preferable
• Understand tax process, especially in finance
• Able to work with deadline and under pressure
