The candidate must also possess the following:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position
- Excellent guest experience skills
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong ability to motivate staff
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred
The ideal candidate will lead, work with, and develop a highly motivated and passionate team to provide exceptional guest experience and top-notch hospitality service to continuously meet and exceed the highest possible standards. Must be operationally hands-on, business-oriented, and an excellent communicator as well as a real team player, while being able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations.
