BRANCH LEADER

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Management or any relevant major
• Minimum have 3 years experience in the same field and position as Operational Manager or Branch Leader (prefer in Tourism / Hospitality Industry)
• Good understanding and knowledge about all divison in tourist attraction and business strategy
• Experienced in handle guest complaint, controlling and supervision the result of work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, energetic, forceful and loyal
• Have good analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented and integrity
• Can join immediately
• Placement: Nimo Jungle Hotspring, Ciwidey

Assistant Room Division Leader

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hotel/ Resort Management or any relevant major
• Minimum have 2-3 years experience in the front office or housekeeping field, prefer with previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
• Strong orientation towards in customer focus (can handle guest complaints and requests professionally)
• Able to build good relationships with guests, coworkers, and management & agile work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a good lead a team, identify problems, effective decisions and solution, and manage various aspects of hotel operations
• Can join immediately, Placement at Nimo Tea Resort, Pangalengan (NTR)
