Chef de Partie (CDP)

Requirements:

• At least 2 (two) years experience in the same position and same field at 3/4 stars hotel
• Hospitality attitude, solid in leadership & communication, excellent command in English both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and ingredients, able to supervise days to days kitchen operations comprehensively
• Adaptive to new product market culinary development trends
• Having basic computer skills and being familiar with inventory system will be prioritize
• Possess a clean track record with references & able to join immediately
