CHEMIST
Responsibilities:

1. Carry out testing, data interpretation, evaluation, development, verification & validation testing methods
2. Perform instrument verification, operation, and maintenance
3. Troubleshooting of analysis and instrumentation
4. Maintain laboratory documentation and records
5. LIMS Data Entry and Checking
6. Support to Team Leader for the training of new technical staff as and when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
• Chemical High School with experience minimum of 5 years in the appropriate field
• Have expertise working with laboratory instrumentation such as: GC, HPLC, AAS, ICP, etc
• Good analytical and organizational skills

ORDER REVIEWER
Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing any technical aspect for order submitted by client against client's specific requirement
2. Confirm any additional sample needed and/or mismatch information provided by client regarding technical aspect against client's specific requirement to customer service
3. Perform sample approval process in StarLIMS for daily samples
4. Reviewing laboratory guideline base on particular buyer and general specification
5. Make the sample classification base on the guidelines and requirement from buyers
6. Carry out day to day testing of samples as required
7. Monitoring turnaround time of samples through the system (Starlims)

Requirements:

• S1 Graduate, Academy or equivalent or Diploma (D3)
• Can speak, read, write, and understand English at least as passive speaker
• Able to operate computer program as Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Having work experience in a chemical & Textile laboratory is a plus
