CIVIL ENGINEER
Placement: Head Office, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop basic design concepts and detailed engineering designs (DED) for hydro power plant infrastructure
2. Conduct comprehensive technical analysis and prepare detailed feasibility reports
3. Create accurate cost estimates (RAB) and technical specifications (RKS)
4. Perform structural design calculations and analysis using industry-standard
5. Formulate comprehensive Project Execution Plans (PEP) including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
6. Conduct thorough feasibility studies for hydro power plant development projects
7. Determine optimal manpower requirements, equipment specifications, and material procurement schedules
8. Identify potential project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies
9. Monitor adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in hydro power plant projects
• Proven track record in project development and project implementation phases
• Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software including SAP2000 and STAAD Pro, Geoslope, SIS, PLUG, ETABS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Sketchup
• Extensive experience in preparing feasibility studies for power generation projects (hydro power preferred)
• Deep understanding of structural design principles and construction methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates (RAB) and technical specifications (RKS)
• Knowledge of hydro-mechanical equipment, civil works, and associated infrastructure
• High commitment to quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental compliance
