COMMUNITY & PARTNERSHIP STAFF

Job Descriptions:

1. Identify and propose partnership opportunities with parenting communities, mom & baby businesses, mother & child clinics, baby shops, child-friendly cafés, fitness centers for moms, and similar organizations
2. Prepare simple proposals and clearly explain mutually beneficial collaboration concepts
3. Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential partners
4. Actively visit partner locations for presentations or partnership discussions
5. Attend relevant events or activities to expand the network
6. Collaborate with the internal team to implement partnership programs that support customer growth
7. Create simple reports on the progress and outcomes of partnerships
8. Stay updated with trends in parenting and early childhood education

Qualifications:

• Communicative, friendly, and confident in engaging with new people
• Proactive, agile, and highly initiative-driven
• Enjoys socializing and possesses basic negotiation skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel frequently to meet partners
• Experience in partnership, sales, or community engagement is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having a personal vehicle (motorbike) is preferred
• Familiarity or network within.mom & child communities is a strong advantage
• Honest, hardworking, and ready to work in a small, fast-paced business environment
