Full Time Positions:

Community Relations Associate
Job Description

1. In charge of strategic initiatives to develop and strengthen the Aeris Beauté community
2. Actively involved in discussions and brainstorming sessions with the marketing team
3. Take part in growing and cultivating relationships with the community in both offline and online initiatives
4. Take charge of online and offline community activities
5. Creating monthly community campaigns and coordinate with the internal marketing team for collaborations with brands, KOLs, events, and others as well
6. Build and maintain good relationships with brands, clients, and our community as a whole

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in communications, business, marketing, or other related fields
• Min. 1-2 Years experience in community building and development (having experience in the beauty industry is a big plus)
• Great communication and time management skills
• Passionate and interested in the beauty industry
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated & a go-getter
• Excellent English proficiency (Verbal & written)
• People person, outgoing, enthusiastic, flexible, and creative working ethic
• Proficiency in Ms. Suites and G Suites
• Project management enthusiast

E-commerce Specialist
Job Description

1. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations
2. Manage and maintain relationships with external parties in the marketplace
3. Plan, develop and implement data-driven e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
4. Conduct market research to discover new information and updates about each and every marketplace
5. Read and analyze data to create high-impact strategies that achieve monthly KPIs
6. Liaise with brands, KOLs, and other third parties during and after e-commerce campaigns

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in business of other related fields
• Proficient in Excel and Google sheets
• Min. 1-2 Years experience in related work fields, preferably e-commerce / digital company / advertising agencies
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgable regarding e-commerce/ marketplace systems
• Experienced in handling e-commerce/ marketplace directly
• Excellent English proficiency (verbal & written)
• Passionate and interested in the beauty industry
• Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• A high initiative individual with a can-do attitude, and great communication skills
