QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree from any major.
  • Understanding the essential of hospitality standards.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Able to speak other international language.
  • Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation.
  • Outstanding customer services skill is required.
  • Technology Savvy.
  • Willing to work in shift.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
  2. Provide excellent service to customers.
  3. Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well as standard.
  4. Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia tenant's promotional programs and activities.
