QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Understanding the essential of hospitality standards.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to speak other international language.
- Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation.
- Outstanding customer services skill is required.
- Technology Savvy.
- Willing to work in shift.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well as standard.
- Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia tenant's promotional programs and activities.
