Able to come to our office in South Jakarta (2x/week)

Position Available:

Content Writer
Responsibilities

Writes well-researched and comprehensive content article for Girls Beyond's social media
Helps with copywriting when needed

Requirements

Writing portfolio
Up to date with recent trends about personal growth, women issues, and productivity
Able to seek catchy and trending topics
Have at least basic knowledge of copywriting

Instagram Specialist
Responsibilities

Research content, write content brief, and monitor content performance
Research competitors to find content and keyword gaps that Girls Beyond hasn't yet covered
Ensuring content strategy and efforts meet business objectives
Create social media content plan. write engaging captions, and hashtag optimization

Requirements

Interested in personal development topic, on top of social media trends and meme
Analytical, creative, communicative enterprising, and self-management
Effective communicator In depth knowledge of social media algorithm

Twitter Specialist
Responsibilities

Repurpose article and scripts into Twitter thread
Make an original Twitter thread Reply to comments on Girls Beyond's Twitter account in an engaging and 'social' way
Research competitors to find content and keyword gaps that Girls Beyond hasn't yet covered
Ensuring content strategy and efforts meet business objectives

Requirements

Writes well, funny, relevant, and relatable
Interested in personal development topic, on top of social media trends and meme
Effective communicator In depth knowledge of social media algorithm

TikTok Creator
Responsibilities

Create TikTok videos, post contents, and monitor the content performance
Research competitors to find content and keyword gaps that Girls Beyond hasn't yet covered
Ensuring content strategy and efforts meet business objectives

Requirements

Have adequate resource to make TikTok videos at home (Preferably an iPhone user)
Interested in personal development topic, on top of social media trends and meme
Constantly feel like you have to spread and share positivity with other people
In tune with the current TikTok trends and comfortable being in front of camera
In depth knowledge of social media algorithm
Able to come to our office in south jakarta (2x/week)

Community Specialist
Responsibilities

Assist in holding community events Nurture community by hold conversation everyday
Newsletter roundup
Host live events

Requirements

Initiative and proactive
Extroverted and creative
Effective communicator and have a good communication skills
Interested in personal development topic, on top of social media trends and meme
