JOB DESC:

COOK

• Min. 2 years experience as a cook
• Min. Diploma 2 graduate
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist
• Prepare cold foods, operate ovens, stoves, microwaves, and fryers
• Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles

COOK HELPER

• Min. 1 year experience as cook helper
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
• Prepare and cook food according lo recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist

PIZZA MAKER

• Min 1 year experience as pizza maker neapolitan style
• Good attitude, can work with pressure with team

DISH WASHER

• Max. 35 years old,
• Good attitude, hard working, responsible to job
