Corporate Planning & Business Control Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Assess the company's operational and strategic performance
2. Align processess, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
3. Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes
4. Doing operational control within the company
5. Provide data for executive and doing research analysis reports and review
6. Responsible to drive execution or corporate level initiatives through business managers
7. Do reconciliation and review any issues within the company
8. Responsible for Performance Measurement related to measuring the achievement of KPI performances

Job Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or related
• Having at least 3 years experience as Corporate Strategy/ Corporate Planning/ Management Business Control
• Experienced in Food Manufacturing industry will be a plus point
• Having previous experience as a Supervisor will be a plus point
• Good analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Placement: Mega Kuningan, Jakarta
