Job Description

Manages end-to-end work flow for loan disbursement; prioritizes tasks with objective of superior customer experience
Coordinate with customer to receive all documents, information and provide status update
Verifies accuracy of loan applications and compares original application against credit memo, original documents
Prepares loan work sheet, insurance record, credit report, and application copy for each loan.
Coordinate the completion of pre-disbursal requirements with internal & external partners (underwriters, borrowers, lenders, Notary, Insurance etc.)
Adheres to all applicable internal and external regulatory policies and procedures.
Supports Finance to accurately manage disbursement transactions
Ensures all loan related detailed like principal, interest and fees are reported, tracked, collected and/or reconciled
Troubleshoots disbursement related functional problems/issues and resolves problems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable discipline
2+ years of experience in a financial institution
Loan experience or loan operations is a plus
Experience in P2P lending platform is a strong plus
Prior supervisory experience or familiarity with OJK regulation a plus
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word)
General to intermediate accounting knowledge
Strong interpersonal & client servicing skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals in all areas of the bank, customers and vendors in a professional manner.
Ability to work with a significant amount of detailed information in an accurate, timely and confidential manner.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Sound judgement and decision-making abilities
