1. Emergency Response Team Supervisor

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Enviromental Engineering / Mining Engineering
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Emergency Response Team Coordinator
• Certified Search & Rescue (SAR) Training, POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
• Advance Skill in Emergency Management, Safety, Health & Environment Rescue
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan

2. Geodetic Engineer

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic / Geomatic Engineering
• Min. A year of working experience in Geodetic Engineer or 2 years in Surveyor
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
• Advance Skill in Mine Survey, Database Management, Operational Safety, and Document Management
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan

3. Mine Water Treatment Supervisor

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasiona! Pertama)
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Environment (Waste Water Management)
• Advance Skill in Waste Water Management (WWM), Emergency Management (EGM), and Waste management / LB3
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan

4. Mining Engineering Departement Head

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or Geology
• Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama)
• Min. 3-5 years of working experience in Mine Plan, Pit Control or Operation Section Head
• Advance Skill in Mining Operational Management, Mine Design and Planning, Project Management, Contract
• Management and Documentation Management
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan

5. Short Term Section Head

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Short Term or Pit Control
• Advance Skill in Mine Design and Planning, Mine Operational Management, Operational Safety, and Safety
• Health Management
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan

6. CSR & Community Relation Department Head

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Law, Communications Science, Publice Relations
• Min. 3-5 years of working experience in External Affair as Section Head
• Advance Skill in Public Relation, Community Awareness, Managing Social intervention, Handling Conflict, and etc
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan

7. Contract Management Officer

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in All Major (Preferred from Law)
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Contract Management Admin
• Strong Skill in Contract Management, Procurement Management, Legal Compliance
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making

8. Hauling Operations Supervisor

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Min. 2 years of working experience in Hauling Supervisor, Production SPV, or Blasting Engineer
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
• Advance Skill in Mining Operational Management, Operational Technique, Operational Safety, Safety & Health Management
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan
