We're looking for Equity Capital Market.

Support the investment Banking Equity Capital Markets. Bringing in capital market deals, researching and creating marketing pitch materials, client management and engage directly with institutional investors.

Job Description:

1. Transaction execution, business development, new business presentations and meetings, and other such duties.
2. Working with Associates and Analysts in development of pitch books and deal execution
3. Developing client relationships, developing business opportunities, transaction execution and other such duties
4. Coordinating with Industry, Product and other groups to evaluate and originate new business ideas/ opportunities
5. Building our clients presence in the above referenced area and/or assist with other areas as directed by the Firm
6. Identifying and pursuing investment banking business opportunities
7. Proactively improve the process and business strategy of the Company

Requirement:

• An undergraduate degree with academic coursework in finance, economics, or accounting and an outstanding academic achievement.
• 8 years' experience in Investment Banking with at least 5 years' experience in capital market advisory, IPO, ECM.
• Exceptional skills in quantitative and qualitative analytics and financial modeling
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth
• Collaboration & team skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Influence skills, project management skills, data decision making skills.
• Highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
• Strong project leader.
