EVENT BAZAAR & CATERING STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Assist in preparing and organizing event needs, including equipment, products, and logistics for bazaar and catering events
  2. Set up booths or event areas according to company standards
  3. Provide operational support during events, including customer service, sales, and food delivery
  4. Deliver friendly and professional service to customers during bazaar and catering events
  5. Perform inventory checks before and after events to monitor remaining stock and prevent shortages

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum high school / Diploma in hospitality or tourism management is preferred
  • 1 year of experience in event, bazaar, or catering roles, preferably in the food & beverage industry
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Experience in customer service and stock management is a plus
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail to maintain product and service quality

R&D SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design, test, and refine recipes for mass production in the central kitchen, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency
  2. Collaborate with the operations team to introduce new products and improve existing menu items, ensuring seamless integration into the central kitchen workflow
  3. Continuously review and optimize current recipes, ingredients, and cooking processes for quality, taste, and cost control
  4. Work on improving product shelf life, storage methods, and solutions for central kitchen production
  5. Stay updated on food industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all recipes, formulations, production processes, and product specifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Certifications in food technology or product development are a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D within the food & beverage industry
  • Proven experience working in a central kitchen or mass production environment
  • Strong understanding of food production processes, ingredient functionality, and culinary innovation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

ASSISTANT MANAGER
KUALIFIKASI

  • Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di industri Food & Beverage, dengan pengalaman dalam posisi supervisi atau manajerial
  • Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik dan mampu mengelola tim
  • Pemahaman yang baik tentang manajemen operasional restoran
  • Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan profesional
  • Pemahaman dalam manajemen anggaran dan keuangan dasar
