Requirements

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication/ Sociology/ Social Development and Welfare/ Community Empowerment or other relevant fields, with at least 1 year of work experience
• Have knowledge of ESG, ISO 26000, and Social Return on Investment (SROI)
• Able to design and implement end-to-end CSR programs (planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation)
• Possess skills in social mapping, community development, CSR, and conflict resolution
• Willing to be placed at the site office
