General Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant position or its equivalent
Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC contract
At least 3-5 years' experience in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred
Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application
Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity
