Finance & Accounting Staff (Contract 12 Months)
Placement: Siloam Hospitals Head Office, Lippo Karawaci

Job Description:

1. Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial documentation
2. Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes
3. Prepare invoices, process payments, and input data into the ERP system
4. Conduct account reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, etc.)
5. Provide required data for tax payments and reporting
6. Assist with financial admin tasks: advance requests, expense claims, petty cash, and reporting
7. Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and complete financial documentation
8. Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in resolving payment issues

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance / accounting is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
