Finance Intern

Qualification:

• University Student/Fresh Graduate in Finance/Accounting Major
• Have enough free time to do work (2-4hours/day)
• Experienced/Willing to learn using accounting software (Quickbooks Desktop Accounting & Quickbooks Point of Sale)
• Experienced/Willing to learn new things regarding finance for medium-sized enterprise (Tax/ invoicing/ inventory management/ purchasing/ making balance report, cashflow statement, and profit loss statement)
• Willing to work for minimum 6 months

Job Description (under supervision):

1. Handle purchase order
2. Handle COGS calculation
3. Handle E-statement balancing
4. Handle Balance Statement/ Profit Loss Statement/ Cashflow Statement
5. Handle Importation Documents
6. Handle Tax calculation and payment

b. Learn balancing bank statement
c. learn making live balance report, cashflow statement, profit loss statement
d. learn calculating COGS for import business
e. learn flow of purchasing from import business
