JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Support technical discussions with customers to understand their needs and suggest the right solutions
2. Assist in project bidding, preparing documents, and helping with customer presentations
3. Work closely with different team members to make süre projects move forward smoothly
4. Help maintain good relationships with customer
5. Collect and share market information and industry trends
6. Assist in organizing marketing activities like product demos, presentations, and site visits

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, electronics. optical engineering, or similar field
• 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in telecom or fixed-line products
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Interest or experience in product marketing, project coordination, or technical support
• Good English skills, include writing, speaking and listening

RAN SOLUTION ARCHITECT
JOB DESCRIPTION

1. As the interface for CXO and Key VPs, Responsible for high Level customer Presentation and Communication
2. Managing the team to provide Consultant proposal for Telecom operator's network planning and Solution in order to obtain more business opportunities
3. Responsible for the information gathering and analysis of relevant solutions, customers in relevant markets and industries, and competitors
4. Communicates and coordinates with project team members, integrates internal resources, and promotes project progress

REQUIREMENTS

• 10 Years+ Experience in the Telecommunications Industry
• Have extensive knowledge and deep insight about 2G/3G/ 4G/5G Radio Network Planning and Solution
• Proficient and very good skill in presentation, Ability to communicate, with CXO level customers
• Excellent English communication skills both in Writing and speaking
• Outgoing personality, good at communication and teamwork
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent

DATA CENTER PROJECT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage overall project progress, cost, and quality to ensure timely and successful delivery
2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and construction standards
3. Execute all engineering tasks as per the project contract and team responsibilities
4. Optimize project resource planning and manage performance of the engineering team
5. Maintain accurate documentation, including concealed work and customer change requests, with proper sign-off and secure record-keeping
6. Implement strict quality control and adherence to construction standards: rectify issues promptly
7. Oversee site safety and order, handle emergencies, and promote efficient, safe, and high-quality work practices
8. Coordinate with customers, government agencies, internal teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project operations
9. Lead team management including performance appraisal, appointment and dismissal of team members
