Food Product Associate

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with all departments in the organization specifically Outlet Operation, Business Manager, Procurement, Cost Control, and QA for everything related to product data
2. Support the team in the development of new food products, including raw material research, product trials, and taste analysis
3. Assist in the product development documentation process, such as recipes, product specifications, and trial reports
4. Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to support relevant product development
5. Collect and analyze data to provide insight to the product team on new development opportunities
6. Involved in the product testing process, including production trials and quality testing
7. Collect feedback from product trials and assist in refining formulations or processes
8. Manage product documentation effectively, including product specifications, production guides, and change records
9. Prepare reports and presentations to support management decision making
10. Respond that the product being developed is in accordance with company quality standards
11. Support the new product launch process, including logistics coordination, training material preparation, and communication with the sales team
12. Comply with food safety regulations and HACCP
13. Edit all complete HACCP and Halal inspection documents
14. Evaluate the nutritional content and allergens of products

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree from Nutrition/ Food Technology/ Hospitality
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
• Have an interest in the food & beverage industry
• Fast learning and quick action
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
