PEARL SUNSET RESORT - A unique resort located in Gili Trawangan is looking for passionate candidates to join our team as :

FRONT DESK AGENT

With the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous Front Desk or Guest Service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns effectively
