FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. Lead and oversee overall Front Office operations (reception, concierge, bell service, reservations)
  2. Ensure professional, warm, and efficient guest service standards
  3. Handle guest needs and complaints promptly and effectively
  4. Manage operational reports, occupancy, revenue, and upselling strategies

  • Front office manager experiences (min 3 years)
  • Strong Leadership & Team Management

FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR | FRONT DESK AGENT
ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  3. Ability to handle guest complaints and provide quick, effective solutions
  4. Accuracy in handling cash, billing, and administrative tasks
  5. Professional appearance and positive attitude
  6. Team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Service (hotel industry preferred)
  • Experience in guest check-in / check-out and reservation handling
  • Familiarity with guest service standards and hospitality procedures
  • Previous experience in handling VIP guests and group bookings is an advantage
