GA Superintendent (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

1. Managing employee administration, such as task assignments, attendance, permissions, and counseling
2. Organizing general office services, such as canteen services, kitchen, mess hall, and cleanliness. Managing support services such as inter-departmental coordination, reporting repairs, transportation, and food delivery
3. Managing company assets, such as office equipment, hardware, etc. Developing plans for maintenance, repairs, and asset replacement
4. Managing special activities, such as facility renovations, procurement of new items, or proposing the organization of special events (New Year, religious holidays, Indonesian Independence Day, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree or higher
• Having experiences in 1-2 years as a Superintendent / Manager General Affair (GA)
• Proficient in Mandarin language
• Willingness to work on-site in East Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia
