GENERAL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the financial performance and profitability of the business
2. Maintain and strengthening relationship with key business partners and customers
3. Lead and develop a dynamic team to achieve company goals
4. Manage and optimize distributor relationships to ensure seamless operations and growth
5. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance

Qualifications:

• Man, age around or over 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree required (Science and Engineering majors are preferred)
• Excellent English
• Proven experience in a leadership role in the manufacturing industry or medical device manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of distributor management
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
• Candidate who can be willingly trainned at production line to learn products knowledge and business
