GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of Mining, EPC, SHE and Legal, based on a pre-determined rotation program.

• Graduate Development Program - Legal

Placement: All Petrosea projects

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining, Geodetic or Geomatics Engineering, with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP Mining)
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil, Geology, Geomatics or Electrical Engineering with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP EPC)
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Occupational Heath & Safety or Environmental Engineering with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP SHE)
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Legal Major with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP Legal)
• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 480 for TOEFL/TOEIC.score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
