Guest Service Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  1. Delivers excellent service, meticulously coordinates reservation (system-based) and manages guests' account and information
  2. Handles and records guest comments and complaints and relay guests' messages to respective divisions promptly
  3. Perform night audit reporting
  4. Provides any tourism information related to apartment's surroundings
  5. Perform other duties as required and directed by the Guest Services Manager or Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) from Hotel Management / Tourism major or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy
  • Excellent communication with service-oriented attitude
  • Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holidays
