Guest Service Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Delivers excellent service, meticulously coordinates reservation (system-based) and manages guests' account and information
- Handles and records guest comments and complaints and relay guests' messages to respective divisions promptly
- Perform night audit reporting
- Provides any tourism information related to apartment's surroundings
- Perform other duties as required and directed by the Guest Services Manager or Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma (D3) from Hotel Management / Tourism major or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy
- Excellent communication with service-oriented attitude
- Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holidays
