What you'll do:

  • Ensures a seamless guest experience by providing clear information about outlet in an engaging and hospitality approach

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position within high capacity establishment
  • Strong in Menu Knowledge and Food Preparation Techniques, Table Setting and Service Techniques, Order Taking and Management, Customer Relationship Management

Senior director of Sales
What you'll do:

  1. Driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence in APAC for Desa Potato Head, with a particular focus on Leisure FIT, Consortia, global partnerships and Special Event group sales
  2. Building and leading a high potential property based sales team to achieve consistent results

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 10+ years of experience in global lifestyle hospitality sales, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall vision and goals of Desa Potato Head
  • Strong network travel trade partners and travel membership programs, across multiple market segments
  • Must have experience in APAC region sales, with strong luxury leisure sales experience, with a global mindset
  • Experience collaborating with and knowledge of brand marketing and revenue management
  • Love to achieve results, lead a team with purpose and work in a fast evolving environment, with plenty of opportunity for growth

F & B Event Manager
What you'll do:

  1. Support the planning and execution of all catering and event operations
  2. Assist in the creation and promotion of targeted F&B packages, menus, and experiences in line with brand positioning

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a FB Sales position within high capacity establishment
  • Strong in Strategic Sales Planning and Forecasting Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Analysis

Soundman
What you'll do:

  1. Ensure high-quality sound production by setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment for daily operations and special events
  2. Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and troubleshooting on sound systems to keep everything running smoothly
  3. Record and report maintenance activities while coordinating with the engineering team and vendors for any major repairs

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sound engineering or similar role
  • Vocational school or equivalent, with formal training in electrical or sound engineering preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio setup, mixing, troubleshooting, and microphone techniques
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills

Senior Procurement Manager
What you'll do:

  1. Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives while driving cost efficiency, quality, and compliance
  2. Lead negotiations and finalize supplier contracts, monitor
  3. procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee the full purchasing process from supplier selection to delivery management

  2. Ensure health and safety standards, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and hygiene regulations and to ensure a safe dining environment

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position within high capacity establishment

Sustainability Manager
What you'll do:

  1. Oversee Drive and implement sustainability strategies across waste, water, energy, and supply chains
  2. Monitor, audit, and report performance across departments, ensuring accurate data for certification and compliance with ESG standards
  3. Oversee waste management and circularity initiatives to reduce landfill and improve recycling
  4. Collaborate with teams, partners, and guests to deliver meaningful sustainability projects and experiences (from mangrove restoration to waste tours)
  5. Inspire and align stakeholders to live our zero-waste and regenerative hospitality vision

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 3+ years of managerial-level experience in sustainability or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Skilled in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • A proactive communicator who can influence, inspire, and adapt in a fast-changing environment

F&B Marketing Manager
What you'll do:

  1. Work with the marketing director and the wider marketing team to create and execute F&B marketing strategies and tactics to engage our guests
  2. Create strong communication strategies that communicate our values and re-enforce our brand voice as well as yearly campaigns

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing and branding F&B, operations management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams
  • Strong in Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Planning & Execution, Market Research & Analysis, Budget Management & Reporting, and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

Senior Hotel Marketing Manager
What you'll do:

  1. Lead the development and execution of hotel marketing strategies that maximise commercial potential across rooms, F&B, wellness, experiences, and retail
  2. Ensure brand consistency and accurate delivery of campaigns across all online and offline channels, while aligning hotel marketing with overall strategies and sales initiatives
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive performance, support trade activities, and strengthen Potato Head's positioning as a lifestyle and hospitality brand

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospitality marketing management with a strong portfolio in luxury or lifestyle hotel brands
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies that drive commercial performance
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial performance
  • Strong industry network regionally, with international exposure a plus
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

Chef de Partie
What you'll do:

  1. Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes in accordance with established recipes and procedures, ensuring consistency, minimizing waste, and maintaining hygiene standards
  2. Supervise junior kitchen staff and collaborate with the culinary team in menu development, contributing seasonal ideas and improvements
  3. Address operational issues during service and request necessary ingredients or equipment to ensure smooth workflow
