JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree all major
• Has experienced in building management / hospitality
• Good communication skill
• Knowledge of building operations and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for supervising the maintenance and cleanliness of office tower
2. Responsible for carrying out the function of supervising and checking the work
3. Inspect all areas within the building and surrounding areas to ensure standards of cleanliness, neatness, beauty and comfort
