HR - ADMINISTRATION

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related fields.
  • Have minimum of 1 years experience in related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
  • Data driven person with strong analytics, Microsoft Office Excel savvy, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and good judgement skills.

Job Desk:

  1. Update internal databases with new hire information
  2. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, staff info and leave of absence requests.
  3. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  4. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  5. In charge of BPJS registration
  6. Liaise with external partners
  7. Answer employees queries about HR - related issues
  8. Keeping records of expense forms
  9. Schedule staff reviews
  10. Arrange company events
