HR - ADMINISTRATION
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related fields.
- Have minimum of 1 years experience in related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
- Data driven person with strong analytics, Microsoft Office Excel savvy, and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and good judgement skills.
Job Desk:
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, staff info and leave of absence requests.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- In charge of BPJS registration
- Liaise with external partners
- Answer employees queries about HR - related issues
- Keeping records of expense forms
- Schedule staff reviews
- Arrange company events
