Criteria

• Female / Male 25 - 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Management/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent background
• Have minimal 2 years experience in this position
• Handle all HR operations adminis tration (payroll, BPJS, documentations, etc)
• Supporting human capital end-to-end process (recruitment, selection, placement, development and terminating)
• Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing hiring process
• Manage compensation and benefit and industrial relation
• Have ability in problem solving, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail and mindset to identify risks
