Qualification:

• Maximal 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Department or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of work experience or 3 year(s) in the related field is required for this position
• Having knowledge about recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, BPJS procedure, organizational training, training and development, industrial relations, performance management, HRIS and general affairs
• Have good communication and Leadership skills
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms. Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Self motivated and be capable of working under pressure and have ability to meet deadlines
