HR INTERNSHIP

DESCRIPTIONS
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be involved in several HR functions, such as:

1. Recruitment Support (assist in the end-to-end recruitment process)
2. Training & Development (support the coordination of training programs)
3. HR Administration (provide administrative support)
4. HR Projects (contribute to various HR projects / employee engagement activities)

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a degree or fresh graduate in Psychology
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to pursue a career in this field
• Understand psychological assessment tools
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in HR is a plus
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented,
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
• Willing to WFO from Cakung, Jakarta
